Human Resource Planning & Development Officer at Public Service Commission

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:- Human Resource Management/Planning/ Development, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Demography or Sociology, or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.

Responsibilities

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include:-

  • data collection, compilation, processing, tabulation, evaluation, analysis;
  • preparation of preliminary reports; and

simple coding of information and developing statistical summaries
